We check that a pro is a real person with a real business before they’re listed. We do not check the description a pro writes about themselves, and we do not check licences, insurance or WSIB — ask to see them, and tell us if anything here looks wrong. We don’t take reviews for work we didn’t see: if a job didn’t run through Flip Kitchen there’s no way for us to know it happened, so there’s no star for it here. That’s why our numbers are small and why you can believe them.

Your first job costs you nothing. After that you put down 20 GH Coins when you pick someone — we hold it, and it comes back when the job is finished. The pro you pick pays a 20 GH Coin lead fee; the ones you didn’t pick pay nothing.
Contact details stay hidden on both sides until you and a pro agree to work together — and a message that carries a phone number, an email or a WeChat id gets hidden and counted against whoever sent it. Nobody gets a cold call, and nobody gets taken off the site.
